Refill Bag Urweizengras Juice Powder (KAMUT® Khorasan)

For our ancient wheatgrass juice powder from KAMUT® Khorasan, young ancient wheatgrass is pressed immediately after harvesting. Only the pure plant juice is used, which is then dried in a complex, gentle process. Insoluble plant fibers are removed. This results in a concentrated, intensely green juice powder with a fine structure and good solubility.

KAMUT® Khorasan is a clearly defined, protected ancient wheat variety known for its varietal purity and consistent raw material quality. Within our product range, Kamut® is consciously used to offer a high-quality, unaltered ancient wheat in juice powder form.

Juice powder versus plant powder

From the time of harvest to the finished juice powder, less than 45 minutes pass – a decisive factor for the consistently high quality and clear character of the product.

Compared to plant powder, the production of juice powder requires many times more fresh grass, as only the pressed plant juice is processed. This results in a concentrated juice powder that differs significantly from ground plant powder.

Why Utah?

The young ancient wheatgrass grows in Utah on soils that have been enriched with minerals over millions of years by marine deposits and volcanic activity. In combination with the dry climate and intense sun exposure, conditions are created that are clearly reflected in the color, purity and consistency of the juice powder. This origin is an essential component of the consistently high product quality.
