Our vibrant green organic Matcha PIĒRU impresses with a harmoniously sweet, mild taste, a creamy texture, and a pronounced umami. Only hand-picked Tencha leaves from the first harvest of the year (First Flush) are used, traditionally ground on granite stone mills. This results in a particularly fine Matcha powder with a clear aroma and without dominant bitterness.
