Organic & Raw Hemp Protein

This hemp protein is a natural, partially de-oiled food from organic farming in Austria. The mechanical cold pressing of the hemp seeds below 42 °C (raw food quality) ensures that the sensitive fatty acids and the protein structure do not denature.

For demanding diets, the powder offers specific physiological advantages:

High biological value due to edestin: The protein consists of approximately 65% edestin, a globular protein that is extremely similar to human blood plasma. This allows the body to convert it directly into its own proteins without metabolic stress. The remaining 35% consists of albumin, another easily digestible form of protein.

Ideal omega ratio: In addition to a protein content of around 50%, the powder also contains valuable residual fats with the optimal 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids for the body (including gamma-linolenic acid), which plays an important role in cellular metabolism.

Digestion & micronutrients: The high proportion of insoluble fiber supports natural bowel function and microbiome health – an important prerequisite for efficient nutrient absorption. The powder also provides significant amounts of magnesium, iron, and zinc.
