Hildegard von Bingen - Bearwort-Pear Honey Mixed Powder 70g

The Bärwurz-Pear Honey Spice Blend is based on a traditional recipe as described in historical writings, including those by Hildegard von Bingen.

The blend is typically used for preparing a seasonal herb-pear specialty and combines the aromatic properties of Bärwurz and pear with a finely tuned spice note.

Application

Recommended application according to Hildegard von Bingen: Cut 1kg of pears and boil until soft (discard cooking water), warm 175g of honey and skim, add 70g of the blended powder and mix well. Store in the refrigerator. Take 1 tsp on an empty stomach in the morning, 2 tsp at midday, and 3 tsp in the evening.

It has proven beneficial to repeat the cure once immediately afterwards.
