Application

Recommended use: Take 1 liqueur glass (1 liqueur glass = approx. 50 ml) slightly warmed and in sips 3 times a day.

Recommended duration of treatment: There is no exact traditional duration of treatment, so the duration of intake should be decided individually. A good guideline, however, based on other Hildegard elixirs, is 6-8 weeks (12-16 bottles).
